Panoramic City Views

The taller tower reaches a height of 90 meters, offering 20 residential floors with large glass corners that provide panoramic views of the city.

The lower 45-meter tower is dedicated to student housing and is characterized by dynamic balconies that enhance the architectural identity. The commercial plinth includes various amenities such as a supermarket and potential hospitality venues, contributing to a vibrant urban environment.
