PAS24 certification strengthens VGV Façades UK in the UK.
Focusing on international growth
Realistic burglary attempts
Following a successful factory audit in Loenhout, our teams carried out extensive testing at the UL test laboratory in Telford.
Among other things, our Schüco window systems were tested for air and water tightness (up to Class 4 and 600Pa), as well as for burglary resistance within our challenging TVC2 project.
Several Reynaers door configurations, including single and double panic doors with motorised locks, also underwent rigorous security testing. All systems successfully passed the tests, confirming their compliance with the PAS24 standard.
These real-life tests simulate realistic burglary attempts and confirm that our systems meet the high standards required in the UK.
#PROUDOFOURWORK
It underlines what we stand for as an organization: combining technical expertise with international ambitions. With this PAS24 certification in hand, VGV Facades is ready to further strengthen its position in the UK.
Much more than a technical validation.
For Vorsselmans and VGV Facades, this certification represents far more than just a technical validation. PAS24 functions as a system passport: once a system is certified, other variants within the same product family can be applied without additional testing. This provides us with significantly greater flexibility in design and execution, while simultaneously offering our clients the assurance of proven and compliant solutions.
In addition, this certification strengthens our position in the UK market. It increases trust among developers, architects, and contractors, and creates new opportunities in projects where certified security is a requirement. In a market where safety and compliance are decisive, PAS24 allows us to deliver clear added value.
It is a strong confirmation of our ambition to seamlessly combine aesthetics, performance, and certified security in every façade project.
