Amphia Hospital
Amphia Hospital is a well-known hospital in The Netherlands. To be able to offer highly specialised and complex care, they collaborate with other hospitals in The Netherlands. They also have special programmes to train doctors, nurses and healthcare workers. The ‘Molengracht’ location has a double function: it’s the centre for regular specialistic care in Breda and surroundings and it offers highly specialised and complex care. The new building will host urgent and intensive care, as well as a part of elective or scheduled care.
This new (state-of-the-art) hospital meets high standars with regard to diagnostics, treatment and patient care.
VGV Façades
A big project with a tight deadline. Between July and December 2017, we had to supply and install 3,600 facades (1 m x 2,70 m) and 1,500 m² of curtain walls. In 2018, we installed another 700 m² of curtain walls. To make sure that we could meet the tight deadline, we joined forces with De Groot & Visser. “We operate in exactly the same industry”, says Marcel Peeters, project manager at Vorsselmans. “For large projects, we work together under the namen ‘VGV Façades’, which helps us divide the risks and increase our capacity.”
