Innovative Mixed-Use Development

Designed by MVSA Architects, Crossroads brings together two residential towers connected beneath the Hemboog railway line. The curved canopy of the station is fully integrated into the architectural concept, creating a unique dialogue between infrastructure and contemporary design.

Panoramic Views Across the City

The taller tower rises to 90 metres, offering 20 residential floors. Thanks to its distinctive glass corners, residents enjoy panoramic views across Amsterdam.

The second tower, reaching 45 metres, is dedicated to student housing and features dynamic balconies that enhance the building’s architectural identity.

At ground level, a vibrant commercial plinth accommodates a range of amenities, including a supermarket and potential hospitality spaces — contributing to a lively and future-proof urban environment.

A New Urban Crossroads

Crossroads is more than a residential development — it is a strategic urban node where living, mobility and architecture converge in a sustainable and high-quality environment.
