The Ensemble
The curved façade seamlessly merges the plinth and the tower, allowing the base and the tower to be perceived as one cohesive whole. The cascading, stepped façade creates a contemporary look and serves as an iconic architectural feature on an urban scale.
The stacked grid of building elements gives the structure a clean and static character, while the long façades introduce a completely different dynamic. Horizontal, flowing façade bands and sporadically protruding balconies add vibrant and playful architectural accents.
