Montevideo
When Montevideo on Rotterdam’s Wilhelminapier was inaugurated, it was the tallest residential tower in the Netherlands. At 156 metres, the tower, designed by the architecture firm Menacoo in Delft, remains a spectacular building and it is a reference we are proud of.
High-quality work
For Vorsselmans, the main focus of this project was to take the enormous load on the windows into account. At great heights, weather conditions are given free rein. It was therefore quite a challenge to ensure that the windows met all requirements.
We also racked our brains about the transport: vertical transport is quite a job. Once installed, however, our work turned out to be top quality. The windows in this building stand the test of time wonderfully well. It is a project that does not require a lot of maintenance.
