Piekstraat is built for forward-thinking residents. The building is fully powered by sustainable energy solutions, including district heating, a collective cooling system, heat recovery (HRV) and solar panels.
Triple glazing, CO₂-controlled ventilation, and underfloor heating and cooling ensure a highly comfortable indoor climate with minimal energy consumption.
Sustainability is also embedded in everyday living: the parking facility is fully prepared for 100% electric mobility, supporting a future-proof urban lifestyle.
