BMW Meeusen
At the old Wycam’s site, the famous “borstbollenfabriek” (a typical Belgian candy) in Kalmthout, Belgium, the completely new local dealership of BMW Meeusen was built. This new building combines all the different activities under one roof. This way customers immediately get a complete picture of the brand of BMW and get a clear idea all the services that the team of Meeusen offers.
A future-oriented company
This new building will be used to exhibit both new and a premium selection of cars. The reception desk, workshop, body shop, tire storage space and the offices will also be expanded. Moreover, all the departments will be equipped with the latest technology to make collaboration as efficient as possible.
Together with the architect, Bart Van Winckel, we designed a future-oriented building with an efficient layout. The new buildings, which were realised by the firm Bolckmans, meet BMW’s global guidelines for showrooms and workshops. Of course, we also complied with modern building regulations with regard to the environment and safety.
